Our Story
The company was founded in 2016 to develop investments in Georgia by pursuing profitable and socially responsible projects privately using all modern tools.
We are in Georgian business since the end of the 1990's and have followed the economic, business and financial developments closely. We have participated in Privatizations, creation of Green field projects and pursue small, middle and large scale projects with our Georgian and international partners.
In a significant milestone for our company's evolution, we proudly announce our transition from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to a Joint Stock Company (JSC) in 2023. This strategic move reflects our commitment to fostering sustainable growth, expanding our investment portfolio, and embracing a more dynamic corporate structure.
JSC GeoHolding proudly announces its role as a Founding Member of the International Training & Demonstration Centre (ITDC), established in Autumn 2023. This nonprofit entity focuses on advancing sustainable technologies, fostering educational opportunities, and promoting vocational training in agriculture and tourism development in Georgia. As part of ITDC, JSC GeoHolding is committed to actively supporting the creation of educational programs and infrastructure, contributing to the region's sustainable and energy-efficient agricultural and tourism sectors.
